Water Billing Information

We have heard from a number of our water customers about receiving statements this month that indicated they had not paid their previous month’s bill.

Our utility billing department did billing early during the month of June so we could prepare to move over to a new utility billing software. As a result, some bills were issued before the previous month’s billing had been processed. We estimate nearly 250 customers were affected by this timeline.

Any payments made prior to the 19th of June have now been posted to the accounts, which means the bills our customers receive in July will reflect this payment. We apologize for the confusion this issue has caused and appreciate the patience of our water customers. Anyone with questions can call City Hall at 817-441-7108.
