Utility Billing Notice

The City of Willow Park Utility Billing department is currently in the process of a switchover from one billing software to another. This migration is taking several weeks and could result in errors on some customers’ bills, showing their November payment wasn’t received.

We are working to update the system as quickly as possible and no late fees will be assessed for unprocessed payments that have been received. We appreciate your patience as we work to make improvements for our utility customers.
