Utility Billing changes

As we have previously announced, the City of Willow Park has been undergoing a software change for all utility billing customers. The new online payment portal is now up and running on our website, under the familiar “pay my utility bill” links. You will either need to use the “quick pay” option – which requires your account number and the amount of your last payment – or you can register for a new account to sign in.

We are also now set up again to take credit card payments in person. We apologize for any inconvenience the switchover has caused while we work through these upgrades to better serve our utility customers.
