Route 11 Water Update

Crews are still working to restore water service to Route 11. We understand this is an urgent situation but public works was unable to get the ground pipes to thaw last night and in the process, one of the well heads burst. Crews have now acquired the needed parts for the repair and are back at work on the well.

Please do not call the public works department at this time to report an outage on Route 11 or ask for updates. We do not have the personnel to answer phones because the entire crew is working on the well.

We appreciate the patience of our residents will return water to you as quickly as we can.
