Road update Oct. 25

Kings Gate Road is now open to two-way traffic.

The completion of Kings Gate brings us to the final stage of the 2022 Street Improvement Project: Sam Bass Road. Sam Bass will be reconstructed in concrete but we will have to completely close down portions of the road during the work.

If you live on Sam Bass, you will still be allowed to travel in and out of your homes. But if you're using Sam Bass as a way to travel through town, you're going to need an alternate route. We recommend Ranch House Road > Trinity Drive > Sam Bass Ct as the detour during Phase 1.

Weather permitting, work should begin Monday, Oct. 30. Once Phase 1 is complete, we will begin Phase 2 (more information on Phase 2 to come later).
