Road Project update: July 21, 2023

Here is a look at the overall progess of the current road projects included in the 2022 Street Improvement Project:

• Crown Road - The contractor continues to work on the drive approaches and concrete riprap along Crown Road (southbound lane).  We are waiting on AT&T to move a couple of hand holes so that the contractor can finish up grading the roadside ditches.  Once final grade has been established, the contractor will begin the hydromulch seeding process.  Crown Road is approximately 75% complete. 
• King’s Gate Road - The contractor will complete the concrete road work at the intersection of King’s Gate Road and Meadow Place Drive in the coming weeks.  Project has been delayed due to survey work in the area to verify construction lines and grades.  Once construction of the southbound lane is complete, the contractor will switch traffic to start construction on the northbound lane.  King’s Gate is approximately 45% complete. 
• Ranch House Road – The contractor will begin work on the concrete riprap next week.  Once construction of the eastbound lane is complete, the contractor will switch traffic to start construction on the westbound lane.  Ranch House Road is approximately 45% complete.   

• Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, and Sam Bass Court (Asphalt Roads - Group 1) - The Asphalt Roads - Group 1 driveways are 90% complete.  The contractor is now working on the road base.
• Crested Butte Court, Ridge Haven Court, Pleasant Court, and Old Ford Road (Asphalt Roads - Group 2) - The contractor has begun work on the Asphalt Roads - Group 2 drive approaches. After all driveways have been removed and replaced (Groups 1 and 2), the contractor will begin the asphalt reconstruction.  The Asphalt Roads - Group 2 driveways are 25% complete.
