Signs Are the Wrong Way to Use the Public Right-of-Way
The provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to all persons within the municipal boundaries of the City of Willow Park who, as a permittee of the City, or as a person, acting alone or in conjunction with others, who erect, place, position or cause to be erected, placed or positioned or attempt to erect, place or position any sign or signage described and regulated by this Ordinance
