Mayor Doyle Moss and Hudson Oaks Mayor Marc PoveroWillow Park Mayor Doyle Moss and Hudson Oaks Mayor Marc Povero signed a historic agreement March 29 that secures a long-term future water supply for both cities. The contract was signed following the Hudson Oaks city council meeting, where Hudson Oaks city leaders approved action.
The agreement, years in the making, will provide roughly 6.7 million gallons per day for the cities, who will split the supply 52/48 between Willow Park and Hudson Oaks. 
"With the action taken tonight by the city of Hudson Oaks, the water partnership between the Cities of Willow Park, Hudson Oaks, and Fort Worth is complete and final," said Willow Park City Manager Bryan Grimes. "I'd like to thank the City of Hudson Oaks and City of Fort Worth Water Director Chris Harder for their cooperation on this agreement."
The water supply for Willow Park and Hudson Oaks is expected to begin sometime in 2021.
